Order and Shipping Policies

Build Time
SVALT makes products locally and sustainably in Portland, Oregon with each product hand built to a customer’s selected build configuration per the estimated build lead time listed on the product page at the time of your order. Note that items with a “pre-order” listed build time remain in active production with new production inventories to restock temporarily sold-out inventories.

International
International customers are solely responsible for their country’s compliance and are responsible for paying their country’s import fees and taxes upon delivery, as well as providing a valid email address and phone number for the shipping carrier to contact.

Returns
15-day US return and replacement for incorrect or defective items in new, unused and undamaged condition.

Warranties
1-year US limited warranty for defects in materials and manufacture.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within an hour after placing an order. Note that items with a “pre-order” listed build time can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
