Productive Workstations
The new second generation low stand supports bring a number of new and improve workstation features to the Mx product line that already includes an extensive set of innovative workstation features, such as dual cable straps for quicker setup and hidden cable clutter, adjustable height feet for leveling uneven surfaces, adjustable laptop support height and angle, heavy-duty construction, over-sized bolted connections, and robust build with rock-solid no-bounce stability.



Refined Workstations
The new second generation low stand supports create one of the most capable workstations yet compact and low-profile. It is a full featured workstation yet flexible with exchangeable laptop support arms for different laptop models and sizes, and adjustable height feet for changing the laptop support angle, height and leveling uneven surfaces.



Efficient Workstations
The new second generation stand design reduces desktop footprint and frees up desk space for a more compact workstation setup. The new design also creates open space under laptop support arms for users to tuck in an external keyboard.



De-Cluttered Workstations
The Mx product line helps to create a more compact, refined and productive workstation with reduced laptop footprint and with managed cable clutter. The Mx includes three sets of cable straps and mounting hardware, providing one for each side and an extra replacement set. Each support has two strap mounting positions. The straps are positioned to manage and hide cable clutter behind the laptop. The straps hold cables in place for easier and quicker subsequent laptop setups. The straps are adaptable and replaceable, and can accommodate most any size of bundled cables.



Robust Workstations
The Mx uses a heatsink milled from solid aluminum and supports milled from solid engineered lumber, which are bolted together with eight large fasteners to create an incredibly strong, rigid and stable laptop support system. Designed to support many hundreds of pounds, the Mx can easily support the heaviest of laptops. The Mx’s extra heavy duty construction not only results in robust strength, but also weighs up to 4.5 pounds. This heavy and solid structure uses industrial grade non-slide pads to create a rock solid laptop support. The extremely rigid and strong Mx will not flex or bounce even while supporting the heaviest of laptops.


Adjustable Workstations
To ensure the Mx’s rock solid stability is maintained on uneven surfaces, the second generation low stand supports use adjustable height feet to level uneven surfaces. The adjustable height feet can also be used to increase the laptop support height by approximately 3/4-inch and change the laptop support angle from flat at 0 degrees up to an incline of approximately 8 degrees. A lower angle or flat horizontal position allows for more of the laptop’s weight to press down into the heatsink for improved conductive heat transfer and cooling. Alternatively, a steeper angle shifts more of the laptop weight forward into laptop support arms, which helps to hold the laptop in place and reduce sliding or rotating movements.



Small Laptop Workstations
By separating the laptop support arm system from the heatsink support system, the heatsink maintains the ideal position for cooling the laptop while allowing the laptop support arms to be exchangeable for optimal fit with both larger 16 to 15-inch laptops and smaller 14 to 13-inch laptops. This allows all of the workstation, cooling and other features to apply to both laptop sizes with the same level of optimization.
