The Mx Modular Heatsink Cooling System is a first-of-kind and patent-pending product line that represents SVALT’s most ambitious effort to create the ultimate sustainable, full-featured, and high-performance laptop workstation. The Mx was designed to exceed everything that had come before with extreme laptop cooling capabilities that help reduce temperatures, quiet built-in fans, and tackle high-intensity and long-duration workloads.

HEATSINK COOLING

The Mx modular system is built around a heatsink design for extreme cooling capabilities:
  • Silent cooling at the laptop processor location from a massive thermally conductive heatsink carved from solid aluminum with an extensive array of ultra-thin cooling fins.
  • Active airflow cooling from enormous high-quality and ultra-quiet 140mm Noctua fan cooling systems that bolt directly onto the heatsink, and the 80mm Fx Cooling Fan.

The new second-generation dock supports use a revised design to maximize cooling performance:
  • Larger openings and higher position for improved airflow cooling.
  • Heatsink and support dimensions, features, and cutouts align with MacBook Pro venting and processor location for optimal cooling.
  • Improved optimization with the latest MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptops.
  • Compatibility with all recent Apple laptops, many PC laptops and other devices.

The Mx includes an extensive set of innovative workstation features:
  • Innovative leaning support allows for easier clamshell mode setup.
  • Compact closed-screen footprint for more open desk space.
  • Dual cable straps for quicker setup and hidden cable clutter.
  • Heavy-duty construction with oversized bolted connections.
  • Shim pads to help level uneven surfaces.
  • Creates a more robust build with rock-solid no-bounce stability.
MODULARITY / SUSTAINABILITY

Modularity and sustainability are foundational to the Mx modular product line:
  • Modular system flexibility with over three hundred different configurations to create a customer’s ideal workstation setup and adapt to future needs.
  • Designed to endure through high-quality materials, high-end components, and bolt / snap assemblies.
  • Right-to-repair tools included to service and upgrade components.
  • Extends product service life and customer value.
  • Recyclable and biodegradable for end-of-life with metal/wood product construction and paper-based packaging, both with minimal plastic.
  • As with all SVALT products, the Mx is made locally in the Pacific Northwest with care and a focus on sustainability, produced in small batches, and hand-built to customer configurations.
