The 140mm fan cooling systems are compatible with the dock supports (D) and stand high supports (S-hi). The 140mm fan and fan hardware ship bolted onto the heatsink. The 140mm fan cooling systems are available with the following high-end Noctua fan kits to provide the best fan quality and performance:

140mm fixed-speed fan: The G09 fan offers a good balance between cooling and noise performance with the following specifications: Noctua NF-P14s redux-900, 140x140x25mm, 3-pin long connector cord, 12-volt, 9 dark gray blades with Noctua’s Vortex-Control Notches, light gray frame, SSO premium-grade bearing rated for more than 150,000 hours MTTF, 900 rpm speed, 49.4 CFM / 84 m3h airflow, 0.77 mm H2O static pressure, 13.2 dBA noise.

140mm adjust-speed fan: The B15 fan covers the full range of ultra-quiet to hi-airflow cooling performance with the following specifications: Noctua NF-A14 PWM chromax.black.swap, 140x140x25mm, PMW 4-pin short connector with extension cord, 12-volt, 7 black blades with Noctua’s Flow Acceleration Channels for improved efficiency and reduced noise, black frame with Noctua’s Advanced Acoustic Optimization frames featuring integrated anti-vibration pads (black pre-installed), as well as Noctua's proprietary Stepped Inlet Design and Inner Surface Microstructures for improved efficiency and reduced noise, SSO2 premium-grade bearing with CNC milled brass metal bearing shell rated for more than 150,000 hours MTTF, 300 to 1500 rpm speed range (supports zero rpm stopped speed), 82.4 CFM / 140 m3h airflow, 2.08 mm H2O static pressure, zero noise when stopped and up to 24.6 dBA noise when set to maximum speed.
